From 3–7 March 2025, the Green-Edu-Seeds consortium held its Programme Kick-Off Workshop at Hotel Schloss Seggau in Austria, organised by the University of Graz. The workshop brought partners together to launch the project’s core training and capacity-building activities, with a strong focus on defining joint degree, course, and training expectations, preparing the jointly agreed course and training outline, and introducing training on digital teaching materials. Partners also established key project structures, including the Management Board and Quality Assurance Board, and worked on project procedures, procurement, dissemination, timeline planning, and Sustainability Strategies under WP6, including the I AM GREEN Network of business incubators and accelerators. The programme also included excursions to Schloss Stainz, Agricultural School Grottenhof, and Bauernhof Radl, offering participants practical insights into organic production, agricultural education, direct food sales, and sustainable rural practices, alongside opportunities for cultural exchange through a castle tour and wine cellar visit.
